Fly fishing in the Spanish Pyrenees
Fly Fishing at the deepest part of the Pyrenees, inmerse yourself in a spectacular environment with an almost untouched nature and one of the most unknown places in Spain. Valleys where the highest mountains of the Pyrenees rise up with an altitude of about 3500 meters above sea level.
In this tour you will be able to enjoy the wild nature of this area of the Spanish Pyrenees. Trouts are very abundant in this mountains since in the whole region the fishing without death is practiced. In addition, these trouts are very voracious in the seasons of spring and summer.
This is an idyllic place surrounded by natural parks where you can practice fishing both in rivers and in high mountain lakes. To fish in the lakes and rivers of high mountains it will be necessary to go up on foot. In some cases a 4*4 vehicle could be used to get as close as possible. The helicopter is also an option to get to the most remote fly fishing spots.
Accommodation
3 stars small hotel located at the idilic village of Benasque. It is a small family hotel where our clients will feel at home. Benasque village is very small and it is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains.
Local gastronomy based on good meats and fresh vegetables. All meats are grilled on charcoal fire on the traditional way at the restaurant.
The lower part of the valley is a well-known wine area called Somontano and it is also possible to visit some wineries during our stay in the area.
